Dresden Plant to Test New Boiler Thursday
The test poses no public danger, Channahon Police said.
Channahon Police are warning residents that between noon and 4 p.m., Nov. 8, Dresden Generating Station will be testing a new boiler.
"This will create a lot of steam and noise, but no public danger," Channahon Police said in a written release.
If residents have any questions, they are asked to call 815-467-2112.
Dresden Station is located in at the head of the Illinois River in Grundy County.
