Eating the effects of solitary confinement and losing your Fing minds?...people in jail for 2 years with no bail for driving to work on suspended and people who been committing worse crimes get bail and court supervision...and we wonder why the crime rate just keeps on climbing...or maybe this is what Will county wants just like Obama total chaos so they can create more laws to put mor people in jail to collect more money...I saw them remove the bail of a kid who had to take a urine test to bail out of jail.everyone knows its 30 days after arrest is usually your first court date..All the politicians,the Judges the cops and the citizens know this kid was not going to pass the test he was just arrested for marijuana...the judge had him thrown in jail on his court date and bail removed.told him see you in 28 to 35 days..To keep his bail.

Ok I can do ya better than at bud....On parole and get caught driving on suspended going to work...First you go back to prison on a violation of parole so if you have 5 years parole your gone and you serve it.plus you get the additional charge which becomes enhanced because you are already in trouble and you get a couple of years added on to your 5 years...But I guess that don't happen huh?...I have seen people arrested with guns their not supposed to have get less time.. Depends why the drivers license was suspended in the first place. I work with a lady who does heroin - her license was suspended for driving while on drugs and injured another person. She continues to drive often getting arrested missing days of work but right back on the street to drive over and over. Yet, she still keeps her job and still has money for drugs. Now then judge asked if she wanted 6 months in jail or 30 days rehab. She took the rehab but dropped out after 5 days. It must be decided case by case.

If you think you have all the facts by sitting in a courtroom you are a fool, does the judge have you come up and read "priors" over his shoulder?
