So far, so good, says at least one veteran who has visited the new VA mega-clinic in Joliet.
The verdict on the new VA mega-clinic in Joliet?

So says Clyde Williams, an Air Force veteran from Joliet, in a Sun-Times News Group report. He used to travel from his home to Edward Hines Jr. VA hospital near Chicago to keep appointments.
"For me, this is great," he stated in the report. "I'm right down the street."
The clinic opened Monday, March 11, in a part of the old Silver Cross Hospital building.
