Earl D. Moesch, 42, 2540 Island Drive, Morris, was charged with driving under the influence of alcoho at 12:50 a.m. Dec. 22 in the 100 block of East Jefferson, Shorewood police said.
Reports state Moesch was also ticked for speeding and no insurance and after his vehicle was stopped for the speeding violation.
Moesch posted bond and was released with court information, police said.
