Since this 16 year old was also busted by possessing drug equipment maybe Shorewood should also ban the sale of such equipment from discount tobacco stores.

Or we car eealize that none of the jail or rehabs help went forced,we can also realize that surrounding neighborhoods sell the products,..people going to their government to demand something to be done is what's the matter with this place..they can only pass laws and use violence and prison to enforce them...this means against people in your family too, this kid is now labeled was probably doing good and smoked for a couple of years..but now is labeled..we can realize 2 states have legalized it and 17 for medical use...

As we continue to "ban" things more and more violence is caused..a kid that would pull over while possessing simple marijuana and a bowl to smoke it..will now try his chances and run,go on a high speed chase, get shot at.just for a chance to get away and not go to jail...and when the police catch him for running know what happens?..he gets beat with bone fractures, and goes to prison..all for a joint and a bowl...no does that make sense..while the U.S. government was letting tons and tons of cocke, meth, heroin, marijuana,X.all be shipped into the U.S. in exchange for information on other cartels..who have went to from 15 cartels now up to 80 different fractions now and have become more deadly...since the ATF let thousands of guns be sold to cartel members...via "fast and furious" scandal...but your kid goes to jail for smoking a joint.lol..now that makes no sense...
