Nothing screams overachiever like a good neck tattoo. Or face tattoo. Or maybe a nice one on your breasts.

The only real problem with a prominent facial or neck or otherwise visible tattoo is people tend to judge you.

Maybe that's what you're going for. You want to show the world that you don't care what people think of you. And that's all fine unless these people are really judging you, like if they happen to be a judge, or on a jury, and you're in trouble for something like wrecking a car while your girlfriend's young son is sleeping in the back seat and he gets killed.

That's what happened to Cecil Conner last year, and when he had to go to court a couple weeks ago, he was almost able to completely conceal his neck tattoo beneath the collar of his dress shirt. The jury was sitting all the way across the room from him, and who knows, they might not even have noticed it.

Conner also has a tattoo of the Michael Jordan Jumpman logo on his head, but you can't really see that one because it's behind one of his ears, so that's cool.
