A Shorewood Family Medical patient allegedly grew irate over his treatment and threatened to have his doctor killed, according to a Sun-Times News Group report.
Jason M. Kantowski, 39, arrested around 7 p.m. on Friday after police served a warrant charging him with felony disorderly conduct, according to the report.
According to the report, police said Kantowski was not happy with decisions made regarding his treatment.
Kantowski allegedly called the doctor's office four times saying his brother was on his way to kill the doctor, according to Brian Stanley's report in the Herald-News.
The threat, however, was not valid, as it was revealed that Kantowski's brother is currently in jail.
According to the report, Kantowski was booked into the county jail.
