Armed with a library card, you can take out books and escape as often as you have time to read. It's also been some time now that you can buy books at your library. Yesterday we told you about the ability to download music from the library Web site for free. You can keep that music. The library also gives you the ability to download books, but those only stay on your e-reader for a specific period of time. Everyone knows that the library loans out books. You need a library card and you can check out books for a specified period of time. Most people know the same is true for CDs and DVDs. What most people might not know, though, is that you can download music from your library for free. And it's music you can keep. "They're yours to keep forever," Three Rivers Library Assistant Director Lauren M. Offerman said. "You're limited to three songs per week." That's three songs per week per library card.
