This Channahon Park District cooking class will focus on tailgate season, and how to cook for a tailgate party at home or outdoors.
Participants will create the following menu:
- Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Pita Chips
- Cajun Potato Salad
- Grilled Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches
- Sliders with Chipotle Bacon Jam
- Grown Up Smores
Attendees will make the following cocktails:
- Gatorade
- Beer Punch
- First & Ten
The class will cost $30 per resident; $39 per non-resident.
