Cold Makes a Comeback: Wind Chill Advisory Takes Effect Tuesday Night

Subzero wind chills, snow in the forecast for this week.

After a brief warmup, the cold is coming back.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory, effective from midnight until noon Wednesday.

Winds of 10 to 20 mph are forecast, with wind chill values of 20 to 30 below zero.

Wednesday's forecast calls for a high near 13, with wind chills as low as -23.

Thursday is expected to be sunny with a high near 11 and wind gusts of up to 25 mph.

A 30 percent chance of snow is predicted Friday, with a high near 16.
