Disney Star Zendaya to Perform at Taste of Joliet
The actress/singer was also first runner-up in the most recent "Dancing with the Stars" competition.
Zendaya, star of the Disney Channel series Shake It Up and second-place winner on Dancing with the Stars, will perform at Taste of Joliet on June 30.

She takes the stage at 4 p.m., followed by a meet-and-greet for fans at 5 p.m., according to the Joliet Park District, which hosts Taste of Joliet from June 28 to 30 at Joliet Memorial Stadium, 3000 W. Jefferson St.
Zendaya is currently touring with her Z-Swagg Dancers and Singers and has been featured on numerous soundtracks including, Shake It Up: Break It Down, Shake It Up: Live 2 Dance and Shake It Up: I <3 Dance.
Zendaya's debut CD will be released this fall, and her first book, Between U and Me: How to Rock Your Tween Years with Style and Confidence (Disney Publishing Worldwide), comes out on Aug. 6.
Zendaya's appearance is part of the activities that will is part of Radio Disney (1300 AM) being at Taste of Joliet starting at noon Sunday.

Radio Disney will also offer a Doc McStuffins Toy Clinic, with interactive entertainment inspired by Disney Junior's hit series Doc McStuffins. Children can bring a stuffed animal in for a check-up, participate in Doc McStuffins-themed arts and crafts, and enjoy music, games, prizes and other activities.
