Cardinal Fitness is out of the picture and there's a new gym in town.

Under the new name, the club offers a basic membership for $10 a month. That allows the members to work out at the location where they register.

The premier membership is $19.95 a month. That includes a free personal training session for 45 minutes. Members can bring a guest unlimited times for free.

Also, they can work out at any of the locations. There are franchises in six states including Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, New Mexico, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

Through the end of the month, members can join for only $1.

Charter Fitness is located at 857 Center Court, along Route 59. For more information, call 815-730-0500.
