Cameron D. Hines, 26, 908 Willow Lane, Shorewood, was stopped by Shorewood police for a registration violation on June 29, 2013. He was charged with operating a vehicle with suspended registration, DL not on person and obstructing. Hines posted bond and was released with court information.

Michael J. Sterrett, 42, 6604 Peyla Lane, Plainfield, was arrested by Shorewood police after a roadway battery altercation on June 24, 2013. He was charged with battery. Sterrett posted bond and was released with court information.

Fredrick L. Tillman, 459 Herkimer St., Joliet, was arrested by Shorewood police for theft of baby formula at Dominick's (950 Brookforest) on June 30, 2013. He was charged with retail theft. Tillman was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Matthew R. Waszak, 26, 507 Edgebrook Drive, Shorewood, was observed by Shorewood police burglarizing vehicles and having non-prescribed medication on his person at Birch/Brookshorew on June 30, 2013. He was charged with burglary to a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance. Waszak was transported to Provena St. Joseph's Medical Center.

Timothy J. Hill, 24, 1702 Pebble Beach Drive, Plainfield, was stopped by Shorewood police after a random license plate check revealed suspended driving status on July 7, 2013. He was charged with DWLS, no insurance and a Will County warrant arrest for leaving the scene. Hill posted bond and was released with court information.

Anibal Santiago, 22, 1715 Arbor Lane, Crest Hill, was stopped for a speeding violation by Shorewood police at Black/Schock on July 6, 2013. He was charged with possession of cannabis and speeding. Santiago posted bond and was released with court information.

"random license plate check"- that sounds contradictory to the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution as well as a presumption of guilt- well played SPD.
