Community Update

We use to order from here all the time but after my experience tonight i will never order there again. First i called and ordered said it would be 45 min., well an hour and a half later we call and they say he should be here any min., Next we get the food not only was it cold, all of it, it was not right we ordered beef and broccoli, they send shrimp and broccoli, which we do not eat seafood at all. not to mention there was not one packet of soy sauce or even a fortune cookie in the bag with a 45 dollar order. when we called and complained we were told they would refund the dinner and they apologized for the problems. which we were fine with, but then called back 20 min. later and said sorry we are not refunding the money. This is horrible service and i nor my family will ever spend another dollar here again. not to mention we had to go and buy dinner all over again else where!
