Battling for a Baby's Health

Chloe is the most amazing 2-year-old around, says her mom, Anita Ibarra Bunce. The girl was born with a rare condition called Caudal Regression Syndrome. Her spinal cord did not form completely, causing problems with her bladder and bowel. She is catheterized intermittently and uses laxatives for bowel control. She also has mobility problems. She has had physical therapy since birth. This summer, she began treatment at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.
