Job Corps Orientation
Job Corps is primarily a vocational training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor that assists young people in obtaining a viable vocation and earning a high school diploma or GED. The program gives eligible youth ages 16 to 24 the all-around skills needed to succeed in a career and life.
Employers who hire Job Corps graduates not only get fully trained employees, but tax credits from the federal government. Job Corps has Midwest offices located in Illinois, Wisconsin and Missouri, offering more than 100 trades.
