Heartland Bank seeking nominations for Shorewood's "Heart of Our Community" Award
Do you know someone who has done something special without expecting recognition? We want to recognize a member of the Shorewood Community for going above and beyond!
MAY 1, 2013, SHOREWOOD, IL – Heartland Bank is seeking nominations for their Shorewood “Heart of Our Community” award.
The “Heart of Our Community” award was established by Heartland Bank and Trust to acknowledge those individuals nominated by a member of their community for his or her outstanding volunteerism, civic contributions, a generous deed or making a difference in someone’s life. Nominees must live or work in Shorewood.
Residents of Shorewood are encouraged to nominate a worthy recipient by filling out a brief form including a short description of 100 words or less explaining their nominee’s contribution or story. The chosen recipients will be recognized at the Shorewood Heartland Bank’s Business After Hours on June 11 and also participate in Heartland Bank’s parade entry on August 4th during Shorewood’s Crossroads Fest.

Forms may be completed online at www.hbtbank.com or picked up at Heartland Bank, 700 W. Jefferson St. in Shorewood or the Shorewood Area Chamber of Commerce office. Deadline for submission of nominations is May 24, 2013.
