Joliet Township High School District 204 is proud to announce that Exxon Mobil and Midwest Generation will sponsor the district's Powering Education Summer Bridge Program.

The sponsorship allows JTHS to provide an intensive four-week summer reading program and math program for incoming freshmen who scored 2-3 points below grade-level on their 8th grade state assessment.  Students also receive college and career readiness strategies for success in high school.

Students who participate in the Powering Education Summer Bridge Program will acquire the necessary skills to successfully transition into their College Prep English 1 and Algebra 1 courses during their freshman year at Joliet Township High School.  The Program will accommodate 50 students at each of the campuses, Joliet West and Joliet Central.
