The Joliet West Contest Play team took third place in the IHSA Drama and Group Interpretation Sectional competition at Lake Park High School. West students Madison Hester and Sophia Zambrano also received All Cast Awards for exceptional acting in a dramatic performance.
“I am extremely proud of our students' performances throughout the competition,” said Contest Play sponsor Laura Allison. “I am humbled and amazed by the outstanding work that our West students are capable of.”
