JTHS Special Olympics and Football Teams ‘Tackle Hunger’

The Joliet Township High School Special Olympics program is teaming up with the Joliet Central football program to “Tackle Hunger” by hosting a food drive at the Special Olympics basketball game tonight.

Canned food will be collected at the Special Olympics basketball game on November 25.  The event begins at 6 p.m. in the Joliet Central Field House, 201 East Jefferson Street in Joliet.  Admission to the game will be a minimum of one food item per person, but more is always welcome. All donations will go to the Joliet Chapter of the Salvation Army to help needy families for the holiday season.
