2 Accused of Shoplifting in Blanket Theft: Blotter

SATURDAY, NOV. 16

4 Warrants

Shannon M. Civitello, 53, of the 200 block of Oak Drive, Shorewood, was arrested at about 12:06 p.m. at his home on three Dupage County warrants for forgery, deceptive practices and disorderly conduct, and a North Carolina Department of Corrections warrant for violating probation. Police arrested Civitello after learning about the outstanding warrants. He was taken to Will County jail for booking.

Reported Blanket Theft

Shana D. Race, 28, of the 1700 block of Springfield Road, Bloomington, was arrested at about 3:01 p.m. and charged with retail theft and driving with a suspended license after police responded to a call about stolen blankets at HomeGoods, 1109 Brookforest Ave. Tashiana S. Jackson, 24, of the 500 block of Sehring, Joliet, was arrested in the same incident and charged with retail theft.
