Police Blotter information is provided by local law enforcement agencies. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions taken on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. Jesus Christ- the SPD has to arrest a 17YO kid that was asleep in a car?Their reputation as being humorless ball-busters is still intact.

And how can you say 5 were bust for pot possession when 1 out of the 5 was arrested for it?
