Alleged Harasser Apprehended
The Shorewood police say they caught a personal trainer wanted on a harassment charge.
A personal trainer pulled over in turned out to be wanted in Aurora on a harassment charge.
Shawn Palmer, 44, of 535 Springwood Drive in Joliet was taken into custody during an 8:30 p.m. Monday traffic stop on East Jefferson Street.
Palmer was pulled over for an usnpecified traffic violation. During the stop, a Shorewood officer realized Palmer was wanted in Aurora on a charge of harassing communication, said.

Police transported Palmer to the Will County jail in Joliet. He was released the day after he was booked on a $1,000 cash bond.
