A Plainfield teen was arrested on a pot charge after the cops pulled him over in for failing to wear his seat belt, said.
Matthew Phillips, 18, of 17846 S. Richmond Road was taken into custody on charges of possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment during a 1:45 p.m. traffic stop near the intersection of Route 59 and Route 52.
