Troy Fire Protection District held a controlled burn Tuesday afternoon on Seil Road. The plume of smoke could be seen from Ridge Road and Route 52 and beyond. A crowd gathered at the scene taking photos and video.
Prior to the burn, at least three buildings stood on the property.
