Tynishia Z. Clayton, 23, 833 Richards St., Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail in March 6 on a charge of felony retail theft.

Alicia Ortiz, 19, 204 Emery, Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on March 6 on a charge of felony retail theft.

Vernon Barnaby Sepeda, 43, 426 Oneida, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on March 7 on charges of domestic battery and interfering in the reporting of domestic violence.

David G. Outlaw, 19, 7037 S. Maplewood, Chicago, arrested by the Joliet Junior College Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on March 7 on chargesof manufacture/delivery of 2.5 to 10 grams of cannabis and purchase/possession of liquor as a minor.

Jeffery V. Young, 31, 943 Lois Place, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on March 7 on charges of controlled substance trafficking and felon in possession/use of a weapon.
