Martha Ruvalcaba, 20, of the 500 block of Ohio in Joliet, was charged with speeding and driving without a valid license following a traffic stop near Brookforest Avenue and Capista Drive in Shorewood.
SUNDAY, OCT. 13
DUI Charge
Aaron Nelson, 22, of the 32000 block of S. Butcher Lane in Wilmington, was charged with driving under the influence and a traffic signal violation at 2:54 a.m. near Route 59 and Theodore Street.
