A local woman was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence following a crash on the morning of 2011's final day.
Katherine Moauro, 26, of 1216 Bristol Court in was taken into custody shortly before 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Route 52 and Route 59.

Moauro was "involved in a traffic crash," said, In addition to the charge of driving under the influence, she was also taken in on a charge of driving without a valid license.
Moauro took tickets for allegedly driving too fast for conditions and failing to notify of damage as well.

She was released after posting bond.
