Hit & Crash Suspect Arrested, Joliet Man Busted with Pot: Blotter

SUNDAY, DEC. 22

Order of Protection

Keegan D. Perry, 18, of the 500 block of Ca-Crest Drive, Shorewood, was arrested on a violation of an order of protection after officers responded to a suspicious vehicle call at about 11:08 a.m. in the 500 block of Bethany Drive. He was taken to the Will County jail.

Battery

Joshua A. Medley, 25, of the 6900 block of Great Falls Drive, Plainfield, was charged with battery after officers responded to a report of a battery at about 12:10 p.m. in Jewel, 199 Brookforest Ave. He posted bond and was released.

Warrant

Erica M. MacNeal, 27, of the first block of Rampart W, Media, IL, was arrested on a Will County warrant for criminal trespass to a motor vehicle after he turned herself in. She posted bond and was released.

FRIDAY, DEC. 6

Marijuana Possession

Roman Medel III, 23, of the first block of East Clinton, Joliet, was charged with possessing marijuana and was arrested on Will County warrant for driving with an expired license. Medel was taken into custody after his vehicle was stopped at about 8:47 a.m. for a seat belt violation. He posted bond and was released.

Hit and Run

Christina R. Bennefield, 24, of the 26700 block of South Kimberly, Channahon, was charged with hit and run after she allegedly backed into a vehicle and fled the scene on Nov. 30. He posted bond and was released.
