Merry Christmas Shorewood Rewind

It's the most wonderful time of the year, in the most wonderful place in the world.

To all of you from all of us here at the Shorewood Patch, happy holidays in general and merry Christmas in particular.

We say merry Christmas in particular because today is Christmas, not because we're trying to exclude anyone. No matter what you believe or celebrate, we hope you are happy. And if you are from , odds are you are happy already anyway.

Why shouldn't you be? Wait — that's a foolish question. There's no reason to be unhappy when you're in Shorewood. But when it's the holidays, it just ratchets up the happiness to a much greater degree.

At any rate, it was a great week. It was Christmas week. Let's look at the things that happened during it, just like we do every Sunday — whether it's Christmas Day or not — with the SHOREWOOD REWIND:

Sunday

Ha ha ha the Packers lost

The Packers, whose faithful apparently include the denizens of some lesser, wanting Shorewood in Wisconsin, were vanquished by none other than fan-favorite Kyle Orton.

Monday

Sled suit

We brought you up to date about a Plainfield family's lawsuit against Shorewood.

Tuesday

Purported pornographer put off

A local man up on federal child pornography charges had his case postponed.

Wednesday

Is trailer for Drew Peterson movie the best ever?

Yeah, probably.

Saturday

And to all a good night

It was Christmas Eve. We hope you were behaving yourselves last year.
