Lights out
A Plainfield man driving around with only one headlight and no rear registration light landed in the county jail, said.
Darryl Smith, 23, of1405 Peacock Lane was pulled over about 2:15 a.m. near the intersection of Route 59 and Route 52. He was ticketed for the alleged light problems and also arrested on a charge of driving with a revoked license.

Surrender
A wanted Rockdale man turned himself in to the police.
Scott Voudrie, 39, of 634 Hayes St. surrendered to officers at the Shorewood police station about 10:15 a.m.

Voudrie was wanted on a Will County traffic warrant. He was released after posting bond.
