Police Blotter: Man Nets Drug Charges
Reports state Carl Wilcher was also ticketed for improper signal after his vehicle was stopped for the traffic violation.
Carl A. Wilcher, 19, 1919 Castle Ridge Drive, Plainfield, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug equipment and driving with a suspended license at 3:51 p.m. Jan. 1 at routes 52 and 59, Shorewood police said.
Reports state Wilcher was also ticketed for improper signal after his vehicle was stopped for the traffic violation.
Wilcher posted bond and was released with court information, police said.
