Constance E. Gawlik, 24, and Anna K. Gawlik, 21, both of 2202 Capri Ave., in Joliet, and Daniel R. Henchel, 23, 1455 Westwood St., Decatur, were pulled over at 12:23 a.m. Dec. 23 at Route 52 and I-55 for seatbelt violations, Shorewood police said.
Reports state during the stop, Constance Gawlik and Henchel were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and ticketed for no seatbelts. Anna Gawlik was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
All three posted bond and were released with court information, police said.
