Jesus Nunez, 37, 821 Diamond Head Drive, Shorewood, was charged with a Will County warrant for failure to appear/driving under the influence of alcohol at 4:16 p.m. after an officer, who was aware of the warrant, observed Nunez walking down the street in the 700 block of West Jefferson, Shorewood police said.
Reports state Nunez was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
