Double doobie

Police were called to investigate complaints of cannabis smokers in the area. They found Taylor Breen, 19, and arrested him on two Will County warrants. Unable to post bond, Breen, 24333 Marble Road, Channahon, received a police escort to jail for alleged criminal trespass and theft.

Aug. 13

No lights, no license, no joke

Police pulled over Chicago resident, Jorge Navarro, 20, for allegedly driving at 1 a.m. with no lights on the Northeast Frontage Road at Rt. 52. He was arrested for that, and not having a valid license. He posted bond and was released.

Everything but the kitchen sink

Police observed a vehicle driving all over Highland Drive at Bethany. They arrested Eric Heitman, 21, of 401 Westwood Drive for allegedly driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol, no valid license, improper lane usage and not having his license on him. He posted bond and was released.

Welcome to Will

Police discovered what they thought was a disabled vehicle in the drive of Nicor Gas at 11 p.m. Instead, they discovered Chicago resident, Sarina Johnson, 33, and arrested her for a Cook County warrant for allegedly driving with a suspended license. She could not post bond, and got a free ticket to jail.

A half hour later, a California man was arrested for the same thing. Reginald Nelson, 42, of Long Beach, also allegedly drove with a suspended license. He was pulled over for no real registraion plate light. He posted bond and has to appear in Will County court.
