We do know none of them came out of Shorewood like this, but that's about it.
We don't know when they got dinged up, how they got dinged up or where they got dinged up. But we are pretty sure the guy in the wheelchair, the alleged firebug over there, and the one with the oxygen tube in his nose were like that before they were arrested. We can't guarantee anything that but we have a feeling.
