Shorewood Glen Site of Controlled Burn on Wednesday
A landscaping contractor will conduct a controlled burn Wednesday around the northeast Shorewood Glen pond along Route 52.
Don't be alarmed if you see smoke around the Shorewood Glen pond on Wednesday (May 1).
The Shorewood Police Department issued the following advisory on Tuesday to alert residents of a controlled burn:
"Please be advised the Shorewood Glen landscaping contractor will conduct a controlled burn around the northeast Shorewood Glen pond along Route 52 (Jefferson Street) on Wednesday (May 1)," stated the police advisory.
