Joliet man nabbed in traffic stop
A Joliet man was charged with driving with a suspended license and without insurance during a 4 p.m. traffic stop.
The Shorewood police said an officer noticed 22-year-old Marcos Esquivel of 1628 Delrose St. was not wearing his seat belt and pulled him over near the corner of Route 59 and Sarah Avenue

Esquivel was also charged with failing to wear his seat belt and driving without a registration.
June 6Domestic arrest
A local woman was jailed on a charge of domestic battery.

Ashley Francis, 18, of 1310 Parkside Drive was arrested about 11 p.m. at her home.
