Keegan D. Perty, 18, of the 500 block of Ca-Crest Drive, Shorewood, was charged with possessing drug equipment and cited for not wearing a seat belt after was stopped at about 11:58 a.m. near Route 52 and South Raven Road for a seat belt violation.

Robert S. Weiss, 26, of the 200 block of Anderson Avenue, Joliet, and Bryan D. Kuta, 27, of the 200 block of Elm, Joliet, were charged with possessing drug equipment and driving without insurance after they were stopped at about 10:26 a.m. near Route 52 and Route 59 for a passenger who was wearing a seat belt.
