Plainfield
Nov. 29 Melanie M. Pasakarnis, 32, of the 23000 block of Grinton, Plainfield, was booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, knowingly damaging property and reckless conduct, police said. Kirby, 55, of the 23000 block of Norman in Plainfield was arrested by Crest Hill police and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, according to jail records.
Nov. 28 Alexsis Pappas, 22 of the 22000 block of Honeywood Court, Plainfield, was arrested at 3:43 a.m. at Lily Cache Road and Lincoln Highway and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and equipment violations, police said.
Nov. 28 Jacob Mack, 23, of the 14000 block of Hunt Club Lane, Plainfield, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. at DesPlaines and Lockport streets and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an uninsured vehicle and violating a traffic sign, according to police.
Joliet
Nov. 30 Richard A. Spreitzer, 63, 1608 Richmond Circle, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and released on a $100 cash bond and his driver’s license.
Romeoville
Nov. 20 Cheriann Abderhalden, 49, 1223 Massachusetts, Joliet, was charged with DUI, no insurance, illegal parking and illegal transportation of alcohol at Helen Drive, east of Frontage Road.
Nov. 21 Esteban Rivera, 33, of 1129 Elizabeth, Joliet, was charged with DUI, no insurance, illegal parking, TV in view of driver and criminal damage to government property on Murphy at Troxel. (Click here to read the story on this arrest.)

Nov. 22 Daniel Paprocki, 54, 1043 S. LaGrange, LaGrange, was charged with DUI, DWLR, no insurance, fail to yield and illegal transport of alcohol at Route 53, north of Chambers.
Nov. 23 Moises Quiroz, 21, 1708 Richfield Terrace, Romeoville, was charged with DUI, no insurance and DWLR at Belmont at Taylor Road.____________________________________________________________
