Shorewood Village Garage Sale Starts Today
Get out there early for all the really great buys.
Are you looking for some Gypsy tears? How about other peoples' used stuff at really low prices?

The village-wide garage sale starts today and runs through tomorrow.

"We've got a great turnout this year of people participating," said village trustee Celine Schwartz, who put the number of residents selling things out of their garages this time at about 200.
"I think the south side of Jefferson Street is beating out the north side," Schwartz noted.

A map of participating garages is available on the village's website, which can by AT&T U-verse customers.
And if you're garage sale isn't as successful as you hoped it would be, don't worry. The village-wide cleanup is going to be on Tuesday.
