Village Seeks Loan to Build New Water Tower

The Village of Shorewood is seeking to borrow $3.6 million at a rate of 1.93 percent over 20 years, and it will use the money to build a 1.5-million gallon water tower, according to the report.

The new water tower will provide the village a greater reserve capacity and meet the needs of future popluation growth, according to the Sun-Times News Group report.
