Mothers-to-be and their partners can register for Silver Cross Hospital's Prepared Childbirth four-week long class.
The class will include instruction from birthing center staff on breathing, relaxation and floor-exercise techniques. Labor, delivery, recovery, post-partum and other birthing options will be discussed. A tour of the birthing center will be included.
