JCA Site Gets New Look

Joliet Catholic Academy announced the relaunching of its website.

Sleek, modern, streamlined and user-friendly.

Those are the words that Joliet Catholic Academy Principal/CEO Jeff Budz used to describe the new, refreshed website launched on Wednesday by the co-educational Roman Catholic high school.

Under the direction of Diane Nowaczyk, JCA’s Director of Institutional Advancement, the project to update the website was started in August and underwent a dry run during the recent Spring break.

Bill Scheibe, Director of Communications, and Suzanne Kairis, Director of Marketing, worked in conjunction with Gene DiVecchio, Director of Technology, as well as JCA’s faculty and staff to create a cleaner, easier and more informative experience at www.jca-online.org.

“I love it and we believe our community will love it as well,” Budz said. “Our goal going in was to ensure that our virtual visitors get a good taste of what makes JCA such a special place to be every single day.”

It is the latest move in JCA’s investment in the future of learning. The school is nearing the completion of its campus Wi-Fi project and also has purchased a bundle of iPads for use in the Media Center.

“At JCA, we believe that technology is one part of the wave of the future,” Budz said. “With our website and the other work being done throughout our school, we want to be at that forefront of that wave.”
