How did your business get started?

Our family started this business in 1955 and built more than 2,500 houses and 400 condos into the 1970s, primarily in Garfield Ridge, Oak Lawn, Willow Springs, North Aurora and Chicago. Most our homes were built near Archer And Narragansett. For the last 25 years, we’ve been doing home remodeling. Recently, we opened a kitchen, bathroom and basement showroom in Shorewood to better serve our clients. We’ve always been family owned and operated.

What is your business best known for?

High-quality work at reasonable prices. We listen to every detail our customers have to say and we dot the i’s and cross the t's. Patience and eye-to-eye contact go a long way.

And something people might not know?

We were the second biggest new home builder in the 1970s. We also were the first builder to introduce the elevator in condos.
