Shorewood's own Will County Humane Society is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. Stop in at the 24109 W. Seil Road shelter or call 815-741-0695 for additional information.
You can also visit willcountyhumane.org to view a list of all the no-kill shelter's other adoptable cats and dogs.
The adoption fees includes spay or neuter, routine shots, and microchip.
