Thomas Peterson was 11 when his mother, Kathleen Savio, was found drowned in a dry bathtub in March 2004. He was 14 when his stepmother, Stacy Peterson, mysteriously vanished in October 2007. Thomas Peterson was called before the grand jury investigating what befell both women. He later went on television to proclaim "he highly did not believe" his father killed his mother. Two weeks after the interview Drew Peterson was arrested and charged with Savio's murder.

Thomas,my condolences that your mother will never see your accomplishments, failures, sadness and joys. The whole world will mourn with you and I can't imagine not loosing my parents in their young ages. I wish things were different for you and I can't imagine how your tender heart aches, but prayer can lighten your burdens. Keep up your successes and remember there was nothing you could do to prevent any of this turmoil. Go on with your life and let this horrible situation motivate you to do the best you can in this life. Please pray for guidance and persistence. Get in touch with your mom's family. They love you so much and their hearts are opened for you! They will help you to begin the healing process. Just do it and give them a chance to love you. Don't wait,do it now. Peggy Rouse
