Northern Illinois residents, get ready to ride the weather roller coaster yet again this week. Temperatures in the mid-40s, rain and possibly even shovel-worthy snow are all in the forecast for Feb. 18-24. The week will start out with mild temperatures for Presidents' Day, with a high of around 46. There's a 90 percent chance of rain on Monday, then a chance of snow showers after 9 p.m., according to the National Weather Service in Chicago. Monday night will also be sharply colder, with a forecast low around 16 and a wind chill as low as 1. Brrr! There's a chance for flurries on Tuesday with a high near 20.
