The consignment store on Jefferson Street will be closed indefintely.
The Facebook page for 360 Resale has changed to say, "360 Resale - we are closed due to a fire." The post is from Nov. 8 and the fire took place on Nov. 7. Patch first wrote about 360 Resale in June, when the business was going strong. They described their inventory as upscale unique. The store is owned by Gary Talmadge and Jane Micek. The store was divided into four rooms, plus a man cave, which held furniture, televisions and even once a motorcycle. In the story in June, Talmadge said the man cave was a big draw for his male clientele. "(Men) always come out with a tool or something," he said of the room. Located at 2625 W. Gary Talmadge and Janet Micek sell one-of-a-kind items and say they get excited when customers discover the unique items they are selling.
Gary Talmadge wanted to get into the resale business for a very logical reason. He and business partner Jane Micek simply enjoy shopping. And in their excursions, they seem to find great deals on one-of-a-kind items. Their new business, 360 Resale, gives customers the same thrill, Talmadge said. He's been surprised by sales that seem to be a perfect fit for an individual, he said. "The most bizzare (sale), I have to say, was this Spanish table we (had)," Talmadge said.
