REO Making Return Visit to Taste of Joliet

After being forced to leave the stage when a bad storm moved in, the band has agreed to return in 2013, the Joliet Park District has announced.

Fans disappointed at not being able to see REO Speedwagon perform a full set at Taste of Joliet before being forced to flee a violent storm will get a second shot this summer. The Joliet Park District has announced that they've signed the band to perform at the 2013 Taste and have even put tickets on sale, even though the annual outdoor festival is still six months away. REO will perform at 9 p.m. June 28 -- a Friday night, just like this year -- at Joliet Memorial Stadium, 3000 W.
